One OEM Osram Xenaelectron HID refurbished ballast with the OEM plug harness. These ballast are direct from the manufacturer. They came as original equipment for the 2002-2006 Cadillac Escalade STS, CTS and many others with HID lighting system that uses this type of ballast. The Osram part number is 35 XT5-2-D1/12V OR 35 XT5-D1/12V part number. This is a genuine Osram Ballast made in Italy so you can trust the OEM quality, these are not the cheap aftermarket type ballast.
